Go to MyProcare.com to set up an account using the email address we have on file.

MyProcare.com will send you an email with steps to register.

This will allow you to access end of year statements, print receipts, view hours used, and check your balance.

Expanded Learning Opportunities Grant (ELO-P)

*NEW – PLEASE READ*

*Effective July 1, 2026 – The ELO-P Grant will no longer cover the following non-school days: the last two (2) weeks of Summer Camp, Thanksgiving Camp, Winter Break Camp, and Spring Break Camp.

*The ELO-P Grant will cover all school days and the first seven (7) weeks of Summer Camp. The last 2 weeks of Summer Camp will not be coved by the ELO-P Grant.

Lakeside Union School District was awarded the Expanded Learning Opportunities Grant (ELO-P). The purpose of this Grant is to provide funding for before and after school programs as well as 30 non-school days.

ELO-P funding is designed for students TK through 6th grade who are classified as an English Language Learner, eligible for a free or reduced-price school meal, or is a foster youth.

Your hours and tuition will still be captured on MyProcare.com; however, you will now receive a 100% credit for all tuition going forward!**

*All outstanding balances (balances prior to the start of the 2025/26 school year) must be cleared by the parent/guardian. The ELO-P funding will not cover past balances. ELO-P funding will not cover seasonal camp cancellation penalties nor will ELO-P funding cover late pickup penalties. It will be the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian to pay for any and all of the outstanding balances and/or penalties outlined above.

**although we remain hopeful that this Grant will last the entirety of your child’s time in elementary school, please note that this Grant may expire at the end of the school year.
