Is Lakeside Middle School really 100 years old?  Technically no, according to school name. But there has been a school on this property since 1917.

Some of our LMS students are recognized at promotion from eighth grade with the "Visual and Performing Arts Designation of Achievement" in the arts. This designation is authorized by our district board of trustees.
