How to Check My Balance, View Hours Used, & View Receipts
Go to MyProcare.com to set up an account using the email address we have on file.
MyProcare.com will send you an email with steps to register.
This will allow you to access end of year statements, print receipts, view hours used, and check your balance.

Expanded Learning Opportunities Grant (ELO-P)
Please note that ELO-P grant procedures have changed for the 2026/2027 school year. As part of the eligibility verification process, families may be required to submit documentation, including 2025 tax returns.
All families wishing to continue ELO-P-funded childcare services
- Must complete and submit a new ELO-P Grant Application each school year.
- Eligibility verification may also be requested periodically throughout the year.
IMPORTANT DEADLINES
- To complete the eligibility review process, submission of requested documents by email or delivery of hard copies must be received before enrollment begins.
- If you plan to submit documents in person (to the ESS Administrative Office, located at 9726 Riverview Avenue), please schedule an appointment with dwhite@lsusd.net .
ELO-P Program
- TK–6th Grade students only
- Before-school and after-school childcare services during the school year
- Coverage for the first 30 days of summer programming
