The school and the community are a special place and I am honored to be part of it. We are a neighborhood school and welcome families from all walks of life. I am not only a proud Principal, I am a community member as well as a parent of the school. I look forward to our time together and cannot wait to learn alongside everyone. Lakeside Union School District is in the process of conducting a facility planning study to help guide priorities for future capital improvements and invites residents and stakeholders to attend one of the upcoming community engagement forums, Tuesday May 19, 2026 at 3:45 pm and 5:30 pm.

One of the few nuclear fallout shelters in San Diego County is now better equipped to teach about the Cuban Missile Crisis than to survive a future missile crisis. The US Army Corps of Engineers constructed a fallout shelter underneath the Lakeside Farms Elementary School in Lakeside back in 1961.
