What should I do if I have a student who needs a Digital Citizenship reminder?
As stated in the Acceptable Use Policy, the principal shall make all decisions regarding acceptable use violations. The principal may deny, revoke, or suspend a user's access at any time. Here are some suggested solutions:
1. For students in grades 4th-8th, keep the iPad at school, and let the student use it only when it is required.
2. If it is a serious problem, come up with an alternative assignment that does not require the iPad.
You may need to Review the Digital Citizenship lessons. You could also contact your 21st Century Learning Coach to help you teach the lessons or speak with your students.
