The Lakeside Union School District will offer EAK classes for the 2017-2018 school year; one Spanish Immersion and one regular English class. Locations and times will be determined based on space availability. Please complete the online Intent form beginning October 2 at 8:00 am if your child meets the Date of Birth criteria. For families without access to internet, a registration kiosk will be provided at the District office between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Students must turn five (5) years old between December 3, 2017 and February 28, 2018 to qualify for EAK. For more information about our Early Admission Kindergarten program please select EAK from the Academics tab on our home page.

Registration opens for the 2018-19 school year at all schools on March 5th. Basic enrollment forms are located on our webpage under Parent Resources, New Enrollment. School sites may have additional forms to complete.

Inter District Transfer/School of Choice
The Open Enrollment application window to apply for Inter District Transfer or School of Choice is February 1 - April 15 annually. Applicantions received after the April 15th deadline will be placed on our waiting list. Waiting list applicants will be informed as soon as slots appear, which may not happen until after the new school year has started.
Which one does my student need?
One of our LUSD buses was involved in an accident this morning, December 14, 2017 while transporting students to Lindo Park and Tierra del Sol schools. All students and driver were evaluated by medical personnel and parents of riders were contacted. None of our students, or driver sustained any serious injuries.
