What should I do if I have a student who needs a Digital Citizenship reminder?
Posted by:As stated in the Acceptable Use Policy, the principal shall make all decisions regarding acceptable use violations. The principal may deny, revoke, or suspend a user's access at any time. Here are some suggested solutions:
1. For students in grades 4th-8th, keep the iPad at school, and let the student use it only when it is required.

What should I do if a student loses their iPad?
Posted by:The teacher or site designee will need to place a work order in Samanage immediately so we can try to locate it and place the iPad in Lost Mode. This needs to happen as soon as the teacher finds out the iPad is lost! This is important because we need documentation of the lost or stolen iPad.
(Please note- Students must report the loss or theft of their iPad within 24 hours of it being lost or stolen in order for it to be covered by our insurance. If they wait longer, the family is responsible.) If it is still unable to be found, the teacher needs to complete the JPA Property Loss Form.
It is also important that the family file a police report immediately if the iPad has been stolen. The police report number must be provided to our insurance company in order for it to be covered.
