Registrations are now available online.
We are so excited to announce that the Preschool Registration packet is now available here. These are PDF forms with fill-in capability. You can simply fill -in the forms, print them, and sign them where necessary. Once complete you can bring the packet in to the Preschool CARE Program Office to begin your registration process.
The first set is necessary for "ALL NEW" Preschool Students including the following: Early Preschool-Ages 2-3, Pre-Kindergarten Preschool-Ages 3-5, Spanish Enrichment Preschool-Ages 3-5, State Preschool-Ages 3-5.
The second set is for returning Preschool Students (LEAP & State Preschool). All applicants for State Preschool must also complete a supplemental packet found on this website under State Preschool.
Space is limited and completion of packet does not insure your child being enrolled. Please contact the Preschool CARE Director-Robyn Bowman for availability @ (619) 390-2391.
